You will receive a preliminary proof for checking prior to completion of the final artwork. The proof will consist of a rough pencil created drawing with notes taken from your personalisation stage answers so as not to spoil the surprise of the finished illustration.
The finished illustrations remain the copyright of Donut Design and can only be supplied as a finished print and/or on other products supplied by Donut Design. You will have access to your design in your account area of the website.
All ‘Donuts’ follow a similar style – see samples on the website. You will receive a prelimiary proof for checking which will be based on your submitted information. If you require amendments, you will be asked to describe the amendments. The artist will then issue a quote for the amendments. In accordance with our terms & conditions, as a personalised product, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. You can request amendments after the illustration is completed but again, these will be quoted by the artist. Ideally, any amendments should be requested prior to completion to avoid additional charges.
You will have 4 delivery options at checkout giving you different delivery timed options.
Paypal is the payment gateway we use. You can use ANY debit or credit card to make payment through this gateway, even if you don’t have a Paypal account. All payments must be made online (no cash / cheques / BACS payments are accepted).

Yes. The amendment will be free if the artist has missed or misunderstood the details supplied. The artist will issue a quote for any further amendments that were not indicated on the completed personalisation form.
